Special Event Applications must be submitted a minimum of 5 business days before your event. After your application has been approved, you may be required to sign a facility use agreement. Please do not advertise for your event until approval is granted and your contract is signed.
Important COVID related information: All meetings and events must adhere to the Guidance for In-Person Gatherings.
