Scheduling Events

University Organizations and Departments:
Special Event Applications must be submitted a minimum of 5 business days before your event. After your application has been approved, you will be required to sign a facility use contract. Please do not advertise for your event until approval is granted and your contract is signed.

Non-University Organizations:
Special Event Applications must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days before your event. After your application has been approved, you will be required to sign a facility use contract. Please do not advertise for your event until approval is granted and your contract is signed.
