Order Official Transcript In Person

Only transcripts ordered for immediate pick up may be requested in person at the window.  All transcripts needing to be mailed must be ordered online.

Transcripts will not be issued until all financial obligations to the University of Utah have been met.

Picture identification is required.

Transcripts will be stamped "Issued to Student".

The Transcripts Division Accepts the Following Methods of Payment

• Cash
• Credit Card - Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
• Check or Money Order made payable to the University of Utah (We do not accept UCards)
