Student Data Warehouse user group members have access to the Canvas site for information, resources, and other helpful information.
The Discussion Board is for users to communicate with each other in one centralized place. Questions, comments, helpful hints, and ideas can be shared and responded to by all the users, so as to help the users grow and learn from each other.
The training modules and videos are available for review any time after the user has completed their training. These are good reminders about the basic navigation of the Student Data Warehouse.
Dates for both the on-going in-depth training sessions, and drop in hours can be found on the Canvas User Group site.
The Office of Budget and Institutional Analysis is the official source of University information. All data taken from the Student Data Warehouse that is intended for official use must be approved by OBIA. Please contact OBIA for questions regarding official use of any data taken from the Student Data Warehouse.
Any modifications, changes, or problems to report in the Student Data Warehouse will need to be submitted on the SDW RFS form, to help workflow. User will be notified when the request has been processed.
