Student List (Table)

A list of all students and their grades in a selected Course Subject. Each Course Level is separated by a header.

Course List (Tables and Graphs)

A list of Course Grades, and how many students achieved each grade. The graphs are representing the data in the tables.

Course Enrollment Counts

Student and Class Registration Count (Graph)

A graph that gives a count of Students and Class Registration. The red bar represents the total count of Class Registration, while the brown bar represents the total amount of Students. You can drill down on the Class Registration count to Course Departments.

Student Demographics

Self Reported Sex (Pie Chart)

A pie chart which represents the percentage of Self Reported Sex in the selected College.

Student Ethnicity Race (Graph)

A bar graph that gives a count for each Student Ethnicity Race in the selected College.

Student Academic Level (Graph)

A bar graph that gives a count of each Academic Level in the selected College. Each bar is also broken down by Academic Load.

Compares counts of the selected ethnicity among colleges across academic years. Users can narrow results with input controls.

This table provides a count of how many students are in a post undergraduate program for each college, and how many students have previously graduated from a U of U undergrad program. The final column shows this data as a percentage.

Graduate Students Breakdown (Chart)

This chart provides counts of total graduate students and previous U of U students per college. It is the same data as the table but presented in a bar graph.

Graduate Students Breakdown - Individual College (Chart)

This chart provides the same counts but for one college. Users can select the college in the input controls.

Undergrad Degree List

Grad Students From UofU Undergrad Program (Table)

Table providing a list of all the graduate students in the report who have obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah. The students conferred term, major, and major college are listed.

A comparison of degree applications vs. actual awards.

Major Awarded Emphasis (Bar Chart)

Gives a count of each emphasis that was awarded to students in the selected Major.

Minors Awarded (Bar Chart)

Gives a count of each Minor that was awarded to students in the selected Major. Minors awarded is an optional prompt.

Academic Stats by Major Awarded

Major Awarded Stats (Table)

A list of students who graduated in the selected Major. List includes Undergraduate GPA, Cumulative Total, U of U, and Transfer Credit Hours, and Cumulative Transfer GPA.

Demographic Stats

Self Selected Sex Counts (Bar Chart)

Gives Student Self-Reported Sex totals by Major Applied and Conferred Term.

Ethnicity Counts (Bar Chart)

Gives Ethnicity/Race totals by Major Applied and Conferred Term.

Major Declare Dates (Table)

A count of students who declared on the listed term and graduated on the selected Conferred Term.

Graduation Applicant List

Grad Applicant List (Table)

A list of students who graduated on the selected Conferred Term. Student details are listed as well. This table extends beyond the edges of a typical report page and is best read as an exported document.

Student List (Table)

A list of students with their first semester GPA at the U, and any applicable High School data. Blank columns represent no data on record for that student. Clicking a student's ID will direct you to the Student Detail report for that student.

High School vs UofU

HS GPA vs First Semester GPA (Line Chart)

Shows the correlation between a student's High School GPA (X-axis) and their GPA during their first term at the U (Y-axis).

HS GPA vs Cumulative GPA (Line Chart)

Shows the correlation between a student's High School GPA (X-axis) and their overall cumulative GPA at the U (Y-axis).

HS GPA Histogram (Bar Chart)

Shows the distribution of High School GPA's of the students in the report.

ACT vs UofU

ACT Score vs First Semester GPA (Line Chart)

Shows the correlation between a student's ACT score and their GPA during their first term at the U (Y-axis).

ACT Score vs Cumulative GPA (Line Chart)

Shows the correlation between a student's ACT score and their overall cumulative GPA at the U (Y-axis).

Cumulative GPA by ACT Score (Bar Chart)

Shows the distribution of cumulative GPA's by the selected ACT score in the input controls. You can move the sliders in the input controls to select a specific ACT score, or select a window of scores.

SAT vs UofU

SAT Score vs First Semester GPA (Line Chart)

Cohort Stats

Cohort Enrollment (Chart)

The lines in this graph represent enrollment counts per term, measured by the Y-axis on the right side. The bars represent majors awarded per term, measured by the Y-axis on the left (Prior to Summer 2014 excluded students who became non-honors students).

Graduation Breakdown (Table)

The Cohort Statistics table lists a few categories and their percentage of the initial cohort. The Honors Students Statistics table does the same, but only includes students who remained honors students throughout their career (summing the percentages in this table exceeds 100% due to students double majoring in an honors and non honors degree).

Majors Awarded by College - Cohort (Chart)

Bar chart showing the distribution of majors awarded by college since the specified admit term of the cohort (includes students who eventually became non-honors students).

Majors Awarded by College - Honors (Chart)

Bar chart showing the distribution of majors awarded by college since the specified admit term of the cohort (excludes non-honors students).

Cohort Stats (Graph)

The line graph outlines the retention rate for the students in the cohort. The bar graph represents the number of majors awarded in the cohort of students.

Cohort Stats (Table)

The table breaks down Enrolled Retention Rate, Student Count, and Majors awarded by Academic Term.

Degrees Earned Summary

Degrees Earned in Student Cohort (Bar Chart)

The bar chart represents all of the Majors Awarded from the Student Cohort, and what the Major was in.

Majors and Minors Awarded in Student Cohort (Bar Chart)

A count of Majors and Minors Awarded to Students in the Cohort.

Majors Awarded by College in Student Cohort (Bar Chart)

A count of Majors Awarded from the Student Cohort in each College.

Minors Awarded in Student Cohort (Bar Chart)

A count of Minors Awarded to Students in the Cohort.

Major Emphasis Awarded in Student Cohort (Bar Chart)

A count of Major Emphasis' Awarded to Students in the Cohort.

Degrees Earned (Table)

The Student Enrollment Detail table highlights each Academic Term, giving Course College, Subject, and Title. It also includes Units Earned, Class Grade, and GPA.

Student Schedule

Student Schedule (Table)

The Student Schedule table gives a schedule for each Academic Term, giving specifics of Courses and meeting times.

Degrees Awarded

The Degrees Awarded table simply lists the degrees the selected student has been awarded with.

Top 10%

Total Students in Top 10% (Table)

A list of the top 10% of students in a graduate degree. Although multiple Colleges and Academic Terms can be selected, the table will only show one Major per Academic Term. Also, multiple Terms will distort the data. This can be controlled through the input controls. In the case of a tie, all students in the tie will be listed. You may see this when the top 10% number doesn't match the total amount of Students.

A comparison of average Cumulative GPA by Major and Student Career.
