Updated Instruction Methods (Effective Fall 2024)

In-Person (P):

Classes held physically on-campus, complemented by online resources. Coded in PeopleSoft as In-person and should not have reduced physical classroom time due to technology use.

Online (O):

Classes are entirely remote, self-paced weekly, and do not include scheduled class meetings. Coded as Online in PeopleSoft, and may have optional real-time online activities.  Real-time activities should be listed with day/time/location in schedule.

Hybrid (H):

Classes combine in-person and remote elements, with some remote sessions possibly in real-time. These are supported fully by online resources and will be coded in PeopleSoft as Hybrid.  Any portion of the class that is time based should be listed with day/time/location in schedule.

Remote Real-Time (R):

Classes require scheduled online meetings via video conference with no in-person sessions.  Coded in People as Remote-Real Time. Class should list day/time with location of Canvas.
