CLSS is a web-based tool for departments to review, submit, and maintain their Schedule of Classes. The software also has several tools which will help administrators create optimal schedules for students.

Security Access and Training
Employees requesting access to view or make changes in CLSS will need to fill out the CLSS Security Form.
After security access has been granted, training videos as well as user-guide information are available on the Canvas help site. Staff from the Scheduling Office are also available for assistance on a one-on-one basis by appointment. Please contact the office via e-mail at email@example.com to schedule an appointment.
CLSS Documentation and Reference Materials
Due to proprietary restrictions, all reference materials are required to be posted on a secure university site.
All documents will be hosted on the Canvas CLSS User Group Site.
Schedules must be submitted by 5 PM on the due date to be eligible for the initial pass of room assignments. For a full list of deadlines please see the link below.
