Student Data Warehouse User Training and Access

To gain access to the Student Data Warehouse, the following must be completed.

• • FERPA Certification
    • Complete the FERPA Review and enter your name and uNID when prompted. You do not need to complete any of the forms available at the end of the FERPA Review. After you have completed the FERPA review, please email datawarehouse@utah.edu to inform us of your recent completion. Completion will then be verified and you will be granted access to the following training modules.

Please note that to be approved for access you must be appointed by your College Dean and only one person from each college at a time may have access to the data warehouse. If you need any assistance please contact the Registrar’s Office at datawarehouse@utah.edu.
